We want to stick to what we’re good at: jigs. We focus on low-touch and no-touch manufacturing of our automatically generated jigs. This has three big benefits: fast and predictable delivery and low cost, of course, but what’s more, you as the designer have complete control over your process. We offer consultation if you’re having problems getting going. Alternatively we can design the jig for you and guarantee its accuracy.

We can recommend partners who can design the test engines and software system to fit your needs.

Our Services & Products Include:

  1. Custom Test Jig Design: Our software system automatically generates the manufacturing files for the jig from your specification, to integrate seamlessly into your board design process.
  2. Test Chassis & Crates: We offer in-house designed test chassis and crates which can be customized to your design. These are available as kits and can be customized to your requirement. At ordering time our software will recommend a chassis that matches your jig specification.
  3. Manufacturing & Assembly Support: We provide comprehensive manufacturing support, including assistance with fixture assembly and integration into your production environment. Our goal is to ensure that your test jigs are fully optimized for efficient and reliable operation.To help with this we have a line of custom designed tools which make the assembly quick and easy.
  4. Training and Documentation: We offer training videos and detailed documentation to help your team effectively operate and maintain the test jigs we design. Our goal is to empower your team with the knowledge and resources they need to maximize the value of our solutions.
  5. Ongoing Support and Maintenance: Our commitment to your success doesn’t end with the delivery of your test jigs. We provide support and have the tools and parts available to address any issues that may arise and ensure that your testing processes remain smooth and uninterrupted. If you’re looking to keep manufacturing running smoothly it’s worth always having a spare working jig available.
  6. Consultation & Design: Although it is not our primary focus we understand that time can be in short supply when your design comes around to production. To help with that we offer design services to look after the ordering process and specification gathering for you. We do not currently do test engine development in house but we are happy to work with your team or one of our partners to get your design out to meet your deadlines.

The JigsApp works to remove at least one of your production headaches.
