Lead Time & Processing Time

When placing your order, consider three time frames:

  • Processing time: The time from you placing an order to it being processed for manufacturing
  • Fabrication time: This is the duration between your order being process and when we receive all your custom parts from our manufacturing partners
  • Shipping time: This is the time frame from when we dispatch your order to when it arrives at your location.

Processing Times

Although our system is built to detect manufacturing problems we currently check all designs manually to ensure nothing is missed. This is typically done the same day you submit the order. Modifications to the probe board(s) and any special requests may take more time.

Fabrication Times

Our standard lead time is 2-3 weeks and our rush service is 3 days. See our Services for details.

Shipping Details

Free Shipping: We offer free priority mail shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States and Canada. Check your expected delivery times here.

Fast Processing Time: Testing tends to need to happen when schedule are tight. We process and ship all orders promptly. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Our manufacturing partners

Express Shipping Options: FedEx next-day shipping is available. You can upgrade to express shipping at checkout for an additional fee.

Track Your Order: Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Easy Returns and Exchanges: You need a testing solution that works. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we will refund your entire order within 30 days of delivery. Send an email to support system, mail the jig back to us, and receive a full refund. If repairs or replacements are required we’re also happy to help. See our returns policy for more details.

Duty-Free Shopping: For our Canadian customers, we cover all customs duties and import taxes.

Shipping Outside the US and Canada: We’d love to work with you! We’re not currently set up for automatic handling of taxes and shipments outside the US and Canada. Please send us an email and we’ll figure it out.
