The most common examples are made out of phenolic, acrylic, or ABS sheet.

The JigsApp cassettes can be adapted to fit most of these jigs and we are continuously adding adapter sets for our cradles to fit in other companies designs. If you need to move your cradle and tester to a different chassis platform we can do that.
Our chassis are designed slightly differently than those commonly available. True to form our systems are designed to be parametric and customizable. Using aluminum extrusion ensures the platform can be easily customized while remaining rigid and mechanically precise.
The huge selection of standard hardware from supplier such as Open Builds allows you to easily set up your system with minimal engineering and fabrication hours. Our crate and chassis sets are available in incremental sizes, they’re almost as customizable as our cassettes!
